Eco was designed by Raul Barbieri for Rexite in 1993. Its triangular body fits easily under a desk or into a corner, keeping the floor clear while the basket stays within reach.
It is moulded in engineering polymer, holds 13.5 litres, measures 28 × 28 cm with a height of 32 cm and weighs 0.9 kg. The black version is solid colour; the aluminium version has an aluminium finish.
The Rexite Eco bag cover ring, sold separately, sits on top of the basket and hides the edge of the bin bag.
